Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, holidays, severe weather, or other high-volume periods, preparation may take longer. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Estimated delivery

After an order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur. You will receive tracking information when it is available.

Addresses and order changes

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment. Carrier investigations and replacement decisions are handled case by case.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and retain all packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
