Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Yes. The tea is described as 100% organic and sustainably sourced. 

You can prepare one token in a small pot or gaiwan for several short infusions, or steep it in a larger cup or teapot. For those ordering loose and tea cakes, it depends on your vessel. We suggest 3-5g per sitting. Visit our Care & Use guide for suggested temperatures, timing, re-steeping, and storage.

Our tea is sourced from family-owned tea gardens in Yunnan, China. The current shou pu-erh blend includes tea from Jingmai Mountain’s ancient tea gardens and Lincang material, and has been aged since 2015 under the guidance of tea master Li Meiying. It is described as 100% organic and sustainably sourced.

Yes. Pu-erh is naturally caffeinated. The amount in a prepared cup varies according to the tea, water temperature, infusion time, and number of steeps. If you are sensitive to caffeine, begin with a shorter infusion and notice how your body responds.

Contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed your request.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8, and standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. We are open to shipping outside the United States, so please contact us.

Opened tea and herbal supplements cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
