We currently ship within the United States, but that is changing once we get approved!
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier receives your package and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping: Orders of $70 or more
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Tao Ritual Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help.
Returns
Because tea and herbal supplements are consumable products, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the request.
Returns must be approved before being mailed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging so we can make it right.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be canceled.
