Refund policy
Returns
We accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at hello@taoritualsupply.com or through our Contact page. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.
Items that cannot be returned
For health and safety reasons, opened tea, herbal products, and supplements cannot be returned. We also cannot accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Your rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue. When the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional shipping cost to you.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
Approved returns should be sent to: Tao Ritual Supply Co., 5800 South Orchard Creek Circle, Boulder, CO 80301. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
